Foundry Technology Development General Manager at Intel Corporation

Congratulations to Intel’s Foundry Technology Development team for working closely with ASML and partners to complete assembly of the industry’s first High NA EUV tool at our R&D fab in Oregon. This video provides a nice explanation of the technology, and how Intel will use it to continue driving Moore’s Law. Intel Corporation ASML

Proud to be the first Intel employee to own an EUV tool. Very happy to see Intel being the first to high NA. “…..go do something wonderful!”

I can't think of a better example of one of Andy's favorite insights into business; The Strategic Inflection Point. "When faced with such a point, companies must make crucial decisions-whether to enter new markets, alter their approach, or adapt their strategies to stay competitive." Andy was a great teacher. Pat a brilliant student. The lessons Pat learned and is putting to work now will shape the next 20 years for all of technology. It will be fun to watch the story unfold.

Great to see! It’s really an amazing piece of technology. I’m particularly glad that the tool will “ . . . shoot lasers at light speed.” I was worried that they’d found another speed for photons.

Congratulations, Ann and the whole Intel team, and thank you on behalf of #teamASML for the great collaboration. We’re excited to work with you on the forefront of technology!

As the stewards of Moore’s Law, we are in relentless pursuit for more powerful and efficient computing, and High NA EUV supports that mission! This technology helps Intel Foundry deliver extreme precision and scalability in chip manufacturing. Also, fantastic to see Intel Corporation as the first mover on this - congrats, Team, on this milestone.

Like everyone else has said: “CONGRATULATIONS!!!”. As Intel was THE first & biggest investor in EUV (going way back), it’s great to see Intel finally back on track after prior leadership blunders (blunder is too soft of a word…) regarding adoption of EUV…. Thanks Ann Kelleher & keep up the fantastic work & momentum!!!

Great job, Intel! It's exciting to see the progress being made in EUV technology and how it will continue to push the boundaries of Moore's Law. Keep up the great work!
