A few weeks ago, I was honored to accept the CPR Institute’s 2024 Corporate Leadership Award on behalf of Qualcomm. Qualcomm has always preferred to seek alternatives outside the court system for disputes that may arise, and is proud to support CPR’s mission of building global capacity for legal dispute prevention and resolution. I’m grateful that many of my Qualcomm colleagues, alongside numerous friends and peers in the legal community, joined us to celebrate the critical work CPR is doing to promote alternative dispute practices around the world. On a personal note, I was also overjoyed that two of my sons were able to join me for this evening of celebration. My deepest thanks to CPR for this incredible honor, and for hosting a wonderful event!
