A retrospective study that included 353 patients with sustained eGFR < 30 or requiring dialysis showed that #Belimumab is relatively safe in systemic #lupus erythematosus patients with advanced chronic #kidney disease and end-stage renal disease on #dialysis and may be helpful in reducing disease activity and steroid use in these patients.
