If you ever want to know someone’s true character, pay attention to how they treat people around them.
In my many years in the talent space, these small gestures of kindness and compassion toward others, are indicative of exceptional and inspirational leadership. #leadership#daretolead

This is why your smallest interactions are actually your biggest.
Your actions are your "invisible PR" working for or against you at any given time.
Let me explain...
We all have bad days, moody days and we don't know what someone is going through - but being kind can quite literally change the trajectory of your life.
It will subtly nudge you in a different direction through favours, promotions and other types of recognition.
Being un-kind is a tax on your talent - it will weigh down your potential.
None of us imperfect human beings are going to be able to achieve perfect kindness at all times, including me.
However, if we all understand the value of it, to ourselves and others, hopefully we can try a little harder, every day, online and offline, to be a little kinder.
And the legend that is Usain Bolt in the video below proves exactly how powerful your "invisible PR" is.
This is how you make it work FOR you and not against you 👏🏽

"How your smallest interactions are actually your biggest!" thank you for this Steven Bartlett, you "translated my thoughts" best.
I had an interesting conversation on Linkedin with Tina Kastelic who was inviting us to an HR conference on how to attract new talent, how to onboard new employees and congratulated her on these topics because they are so important.
What we concluded is that so many huge brands do advertising so well - so big, so perfect, so loud, so emotional, so thoughtful but in too many instances they don't actually live it.
One such example is the recruitment process - sounds a tiny interaction with the outside public but to the “person on the other side” (applying for tge job) it might be their whole world.
And all those big TV, radio, digital ads don't mean anything to the person applying for the job if they are ghosted by the companies after they apply, if they are just a number, if they never use their names in their generic email replies (if they reply - which is rare), they rarely talk human2human on a phone call or zoom or in person.
My friend applied to 75 jobs and in my last post you can read what the communication was from those big companies, who win awards for their advertising, HR, marketing projects.
But they fail to see the "small" human, have empathy and create a human2human SOP for their recruitment - let's start here. Walk the talk all the time, not just when the spotlight is on you on the stage of Slovenski oglaševalski festival - SOF or Golden Drum International Festival of Creativity.
Human2human is the best "invisible PR".

💪🏽Kindness counts ! 🫶🏼 and if anyone tells you otherwise, they are either not doing it right (or at all), or sadly, have not experienced it for themselves enough to understand that *it matters* 🩵
Leadership isn't just about achieving goals; it's about empowering and inspiring others along the way. Kindness and empathy are not soft skills — they're essential pillars of effective leadership.
Small everyday acts of kindness — like actively listening to team members, offering support during challenges, or recognising achievements — create a ripple effect of positivity. These gestures build trust, foster collaboration, and nurture a culture where everyone feels valued. 💡*Guess what?* People often do better - in all aspects of life - when they feel valued.
Let's champion a leadership style that prioritises humanity. Together, through these small acts, we can create impactful change and cultivate a workplace - and a world - where everyone thrives. 🌍✨

Interesting insights about “Invisible PR” that deserved a pause for self-reflection. Serves a a great reminder for a quick audit with ourselves as our own publicist and analyze our actions and see if we need to need to make any adjustments to how we move about in the world when we think nobody is paying attention. Are we patient or hurried? Do we listen to understand or to respond? Are we acting safely or taking shortcuts?

WONDERFULL. LIKE THE TENNIS UMBRELLA DUDE.
Or the Japanese cleaning an entire section of a stadium.
Why are these examples so astounding?
Because our default base level has become low.
Especially with stars, athletes or otherwise.
Those examples are rather normal human behavior when you think about it.
But because the baseline is oh so low, like in limbo, then any slightest « blip » above it becomes an OMG moment.
So what would have happened if everyone in that stadium would have picked up after themselves in the first place (like parents teach their kids, hopefully).
We need a reversal, a « raising the bar » of basic social interactions.
At the heart of it:
« The Human Touch »
(THT).
