Excellence is a gradual result of always striving to do better. As the start of EURO 2024 draws closer I am immensely proud of what Team Taylor has achieved since 2017. Coming together is a beginning. Staying together is progress. Working together is success. Elite refereeing is the most challenging it ever has been. Tournament officiating requires resilience and a mindset of not fearing perceived failure. Accept some things are out of your control. Expectations are high, pressure is intense and the environment is like being on an emotional rollercoaster. Operating consistently in a high performance environment is only possible once you have created a psychologically safe team environment. 2moWe're fortunate to have officials of a high calibre implementing the rules of the game. We have to accept mistakes will be made by our officials because they're human beings. The game is played at a very high pace now, and personally I'm a bit tired of seeing pundits and critics having the luxury of seeing multiple slow motion replays at their leisure and still not being able to be conclusive. The officials have split seconds to do that to try to keep the game flowing. Top marks to you and the rest of our officials Anthony.
