Two books I reference nearly every day, Patrick Lencioni's "The Five Dysfunctions of a Team" and Daryl Kulak and Hong Li's "The Journey to Enterprise Agility." One explores the common pitfalls that can derail teamwork and hinder a team's ability to achieve its goals and the second argues that simply adopting Agile practices at the team level isn't enough for an organization to achieve true agility. #highperformingteam

Most important agile value? Or the one that's resonating most with me? Customer collaboration over contract negotiation Or even, collaboration over negotiation I feel if we have this one going, then we can work through almost anything else. Perhaps it applies within teams, within orgs, and of course to our internal and external customers and users. Ponder approaches: * Default to open over holding on to information * Transparency so we know how our experiments are going * To bring our whole selves to work, a bit! Share feedback directly with each other in a spirit of learning, knowing we won't get it right at first. I won't get it right at first, and I try to believe that's ok.
