I had a wonderful time at the recent People Analytics meetup in London with my fellow LSE student Sanjana Nair, where Keith McNulty shared valuable insights on Generative AI, the multiple opportunities it presents and a chatbot he'd coded.⭐️ Key takeaways included the transformative potential of GenAI in HR, the importance of understanding context in interactions with AI and the critical need to address challenges like biases and ethical use. We also explored strategies to enhance the value, control and cost-efficiency of AI implementations. This session perfectly complemented my recently completed Google AI Essentials course, reinforcing the importance of handling hallucinations, biases and the role prompt engineering plays in making the most of our AI use. Thank you Nigel Dias and Stela Lupushor for organising an engaging evening filled with valuable networking opportunities, thought provoking discussions and great food! I'm excited to see how AI continues to become more prominent in our field and to apply these insights in my work.✨ #AI #HRTech #GoogleAIEssentials #PeopleAnalytics

It was a wonderful session Anushka Agnihotri! It was really interesting to learn about hallucinations and biases! The meetup supplemented and added more depth to our understanding of AI in addition to our people analytics course at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE)! Many thanks to Keith McNulty and Nigel Dias!
