This is a very eye opening article and worth the read. It covers many topics that employees, employers and consultants need to be thinking about. There is an underlying theme to this article, there is a gap growing between the perception of employers and employees. Employees confidence in how much their employer care about them has dropped from 59% in 2021 to 48% in 2023. 78% of employers believe their employees are highly satisfied with their benefits, but only 59% are. While there is no easy solution, there is a lot of ways to combat burnout and increase employee satisfaction. Every business has a different culture.
