I saw an artist sell thousands of dollars’ worth of melted stinky ice! 😶 I was scrolling through Instagram when I saw an artist selling hot dog-shaped ice sculptures made from frozen hot dog water. (WHAT!?!) The sculptures are shipped in unrefrigerated containers, so they arrive as puddles of melted hot dog water. 😐   I was intrigued and did some research. To my surprise, the artist had sold 394 of these sculptures, and they were all sold out. The hot dog mold used to make the sculptures is also up for auction, with a current bid of $10,420.69. 😧   This made me realize a few things: 1.     People are stupid. 2.     Stupidity is subjective. 3.     There is a market for everything, no matter how strange or ridiculous it may seem. 4.     The service is as good as the seller. This artist was able to sell 394 of these sculptures because they were creative and marketed their product effectively.   And with this, the Internet continues to deliver surprises. I'm curious: What is the most audacious service or product you've seen being sold online?   PS: You can check out the profile here: https://lnkd.in/dANcvcAp #Sales #Marketing #Branding
