Finished a fantastic Global Health Care Vitality Forum in Washington, D.C. this week where thought leaders from Cigna Healthcare Americas, Workplace Options and Carrot Fertility joined me to present on a variety of topics including increasing vitality with better, inclusive fertility care and the value of inclusive leadership to unlocking employee engagement. I shared an overview of vitality and insights from the Cigna Healthcare Vitality Study - https://upl.inc/wz48gw - including the importance of vitality and the global workforce - https://upl.inc/f8ybhg - and the gender gap between vitality levels in men and women. With this last point in mind, I also facilitated a panel discussion on women’s health and vitality with Dr. Stella George, Dr. Kennette Thigpen Harris, LCSW, and Tammy Sun. Our conversation explored topics such as the challenges employers are facing in supporting the vitality of their workforce across genders, the strategies they can implement to address these challenges, and the role fertility care plays in optimizing vitality over an individual’s lifespan. Thank you to our event sponsors for your support and partnership in creating an incredible event!     #CignaHealthcare #Vitality #GlobalHealthcare #WomensHealth #EmployeeWellbeing
