The CSR can't even put a new job in the open slot on the calendar 🤯 I remember racking my brain trying to make it so easy to book jobs for our CSR team As the director of business development, it was my job to grow the company, and one of the quickest ways to do that was to book more jobs 💰 I asked Brandon Lazar how you weed through applicants who can't even get the basics like scheduling a job in an available time slot 💡 One way his company vets out virtual assistants is by having basic scenarios a CSR would face and seeing how they respond The more I talk to people, the more I hear how important it is to have little tests or pre-qualification activities for the basic tasks in the hiring process Thoughts?
