Tom, wonderful to witness your achievements. The Customer Service Dept in Malaysia needs assistance. Dept contact numbers are invalid. Emails slide by without any response. The driver's account is blocked without any valid reasons and the list goes on. Need some input from you Sir ...!
Time flies when you're having fun, and we've had a blast for 9 years! 🎉

Happy to celebrate another work anniversary at Innova! 🎉 To honor my 3 years here, I'm sharing 3 of my learnings:
🏆 Always strive for better
The standard can always be raised. When you move out of survival mode into successful handling of the status quo - don't stop growing, but work toward even bigger and better results next!
🎯 Come with a solution
We run into challenges all the time (at least most of us do 😁) but it is far more helpful and effective to present a challenge along with a proposed solution - or two.
👩👩👧👦 Relationships matter
Whether it concerns colleagues, business partners or suppliers: relationships can (help) make or break your success. Treat others the way you hope to be treated.

4th Aug, 2008 – the day when first landed in Honda and the day that made today my 15th work anniversary. As I thought about this day, I could not hold myself from reflecting on what these 15 years have been about...
It’s fun and helpful to reflect on these 15 years – fun because I have had successes and failures during this time, a lot more than the busyness of these years allowed me to celebrate; and helpful because I can continue building on success basis on learning from the failures I had.
A lot happened in these times... changed jobs – mostly by choice while few circumstantial; moved across projects - completed most of them while shelved a few; been part of multiple teams – created most while joined a few; led various businesses – most were built while few were inherited; mentored by few, learned from many; met people – built new relationships, severed a few; learned lessons, unlearnt a few.. the journey had been full of highs and lows.
While I continue progressing on this journey – I want to pause to thank the companies who believed in my abilities, all who commissioned all these projects, my colleagues and team member as it was because of you I enjoyed the success that came by my way, and very importantly my family and friends who have been staying put with my workaholic habits – without anyone of you this would have been impossible.
I did not celebrate it as this is a milestone on the journey which is still pending to be completed. As most of my learning is from my failures and through some of my toughest experiences. I believe its failings and difficult situations that teach the best of the lessons..
I continue my journey of learning and support to develop a Eco Friendly & Sustanable world for Next Generation..
Thanks everyone to support in this Journey..🌱🌱
Yesterday was my first anniversary working at Nuvei. 🤩
As usually happens, it makes you think about results and accomplishments of this year. So I was thinking about it as well and I want to share some of them briefly:
1. I’ve set up new partnerships with 80+ super-talented professionals in Hi-tech.
2. I’ve finally gained confident and feel comfortable working in truly multinational and multicultural environment.
3. I’ve rethought terms leadership and mentorship.
4. I’ve designed solution for “Rules Platform” from the scratch which allows internal users and company customers manage rules for different business issues like fraud rules, 3DS rules, traffic routing rules, fee calculation rules, etc.
5. I’ve designed solution for “Reject Management Platform” from the scratch which allows internal users get sufficient information for cases and automatically implement resolutions upon user decisions.
And this is just a beginning of great journey with Nuvei. There are so many bright ideas have to be done.
Keep working… 😉
Today we celebrate our 4 year anniversary 🎉🎊🍾
We are very proud of what we've achieved as a team and look forward to what the future holds.
Here's to the next 4 years..
#companyanniversary#celebration#yorkshirebusiness#construction#yorkshirebuilders#growingbusiness#success#teameffort#fouryears
We have recently completed 5 years, and my team had this small surprise celebration planned for me, which brought back many memories for me.
Although 5 years might seem short compared to the big players who've been around for decades, remember, they were once 5 years old too.
I remember I was sitting with a friend in a small room when I thought of building this company.
My dreams for this company were massive, and guess what? We've already hit some really cool milestones.
We kicked things off with only two folks and two kinds of tech. But look at us now—we're diving into so many technologies that I can hardly keep count.
We've got over 40 super-talented folks on board, and let me tell you, they're all superstars at what they do.
This team is all I have, they are the reason we are celebrating this 5-year anniversary, and they will be the reason for our 50th-year anniversary as well.
Thanks to everyone who has been part of this team, both who are here and those who moved on.
And guess what? Our journey is still going strong.
If you're super talented and have a passion for what we do, we're totally open to having you on our team.
We're all about breaking barriers, reaching new goals, and making awesome memories.
If you've got what it takes, don't hesitate to get in touch.
Let's team up and make some cool things happen together!

2 weeks ago I celebrated my 8th anniversary at Anyline
Here are some learning for everyone, who isn't sure if he/she/they is qualified enough for a job or company. My journey so far was quite a roller coaster. From a team of 15 to team of 100, from internship to leading a team. There will be never an easy, linear way within your career - but exactly this makes it exciting.
These are my learnings so far from my 8 years journey:
11.2015 Internship Design & Marketing
It took me 3 weeks to apply for this internship, because I didn't know anything about OCR, SDK, or the software business overall and wasn't sure if I fit.
Learning: If you don’t try, you will never now.
02.2016 Product Designer
After 3 months of internship, the team saw my potential and hired me. It didn’t matter that I didn’t know about our products when I started, but it did matter that I was highly motivated to learn about it and contribute to the companies success.
Learning: A really good leader sees your potential and supports it.
01.2017 Brand Manager
My passion was always in branding and creating awareness. With the culture we have at Anyline I talked to my team lead and I got the possibility to develop myself further.
Learning: There will be no change, if you don’t speak up for yourself.
01.2019 Senior Brand Manager
I started to have a small team of designers and event managers and started to do less design by myself, as I realised my strengths are within other areas.
Learning: Accept your strengths & weakness.
03.2020 VP of Branding Strategy
My contribution was recognised and I got a promotion to VP of Branding Strategy
Learning: Resilience and loyalty will pay off (most of the time)
05.2021 VP of Strategic Partnership
Due to some restructuring a new opportunity was offered to me and I decided to develop in a different direction, by leading our strategic partnerships. In this 12 months I learned so many new things, that I was a bit scared about: like working on 100 pages of legal contracts
Learning: Try new things - the time is never lost as you gain new experience.
07.2022 Head of Awareness Marketing
After 1 year within a new area, I realised my heart still beats for branding and creating awareness. And thankfully there was another door opening within Anyline for my next step.
Learning (all of the above)
- My team lead saw my strength & potential
- I spoke up for myself & addressed my need
- I gained new experience, which helps me in my new role
- I accepted that my strengths lies within branding & awareness
If you are wondering, what I'm exactly doing today, you can watch my 60 seconds video
Last week, we celebrated her 8-year Anyline anniversary. And like our company, her role and contributions to our goals have continued to evolve. This is what our own Sophie Kreuzer gets up to in a day, featured in this week's "My Job in 60 Seconds".
Enjoy and join us in celebrating 8 amazing years!
When I started my career, I wanted to stay in the same company for a really long time (at that time, this meant 15 to 20 years). Because that's what everyone around me seemed to be doing. They joined a company, maybe shifted a couple of times, and then stayed in the same organization till they retired ✅
What I understood later was, though everyone around me was doing this, it was not the norm. After some research (though not very in-dept, I must admit), I found that on an average, people change their jobs every 2 to 5 years 🤷♀️
So very naively, I thought, "Ok, let me also do that. It's what everyone seems to be doing and it's working for them" (I was in my early twenties, so no judgements there 😁)
It took me many years to understand the truth behind it all. The truth being, it is not a mandate to changes companies every 2 or 3 years, nor is it a mandate to spend 20 years of your career in a single organization. There is no mandate (yes, there is no secret ingredient 🐼).
So after many failures, hasty decisions, & short-term thinking I realized, the best way to decide how long to stay in a place is by choosing the option that aligns with your long- term career goals and short-term priorities. Do what's best for you at that moment but without losing focus on your future aspirations 💪
This is what I did when I joined Leadle as a part-time consultant 2 years ago. And if someone invented an affordable way to time travel, I would go back to the "me" 2 years back and profusely thank her, because this is one of the best decisions I have ever made 😎
The last 2 years with Leadle have been nothing short of an adventure. I'm so looking forward to what the next 2 years have in store for me 👀 🚀
