My Diary Creativity is about asking right questions and Connecting the dots For mind to generate questions, it needs Silent and Secure Mind. The calm mind has ability to see larger and beyond regular visible canvas which helps in connecting the farther distance dots and removing blind spots. #designthinking

Great point Arun. A creative mind is one that is open to various possibilities. It is a mind that is not afraid to investigate new ideas and try new creative hobbies. It is like having a mind without conventional boundaries. I am reminded of my Polaris days when you used to do Unmukt workshops. Boundaryless thinking is one of the many things which we learned in the early part of our career at Polaris.

Absolutely right Mr. ARUN, even if we're in traumatic crises and struck into deep-sea, we would be able to come out of it safely. If we have bold, calm, focused & secured minds, troubleshooting mechanisms, self-rescue plans and long-term clear visions.

Not essentially Arun. Creativity could also happen when one desperately looks for solutions amidst chaos. Necessity propels creativity at times.

I like the word SECURED. How do we go into Secured mind status? What Is needed to feel Secured? One important element could be when we feel not burdened by implementation responsibility of the idea or being pushed to the How part . Then Imagination & Creativity blossom better when in Secured mind. How part or implementation parts can wait till the creativity process reaches a deep & matured level.

100% Agree Arun Jain Sir. Being calm helps us find new ways to solve problems by connecting ideas that might seem unrelated.

Nice thought sir :) I also believe that creativity flourishes when we live authentically, embracing the full spectrum of life's experiences - the good, the bad and the ugly. Reflecting on these moments and finding peace with these experiences add a lot of colour and depth to the creative work.

Completely agree with your perspective on the importance of a calm and secure mind for creativity. In my experience, creating an environment where individuals feel safe and supported to express their thoughts freely can lead to remarkable breakthroughs. Taking time for reflection and mindfulness can indeed help us see beyond the obvious and connect seemingly unrelated ideas. Thank you for sharing this insightful thought! 😊
