Greetings Linkedin Family!🌟🌟 Hope you all doing well! Here I am with my thoughts on "Impulsivity and our thinking ideology" on #day8 of #100daychallenge of #findoutwitharzoo 💯💯 How dangerous are impulsive reactions and how important it is to quit it?🙅♀️ Friends, while a certain level of impulsiveness is common, too much of it has serious consequences on one's overall personality. I am sharing this from my personal experience as I also encountered impulsiveness in me at one stage of life wherein I took some decisions or acted on certain matters without much analysis but as I grew I realised that self-Introspection, thorough thinking and a detailed overview of the problem statement is very important before reaching out to a conclusion especially when you are taking some tough decisions that has high overall impact. While these behavioural traits cannot be expected to be changed overnight, one should always be conscious of his/her weakness and try to control or work upon that! Therefore, start with taking baby steps. 1. Condemn to take haste decisions if you feel that there is even 1% scope of re-thinking else you'll end up regretting about it. 2. Do not get blown away to react on the spot when you feel emotions like anger etc. 3. If you are under stress or in bad mood, keep it to yourself and deal with it calmly. Medidate or alienate yourself. Not being in right state of mind doesn't give you authority to behave in incorrect manner. Be mindful Following above steps, I have improved upon this upto a greater extent. Yes, sometimes situations do trigger us but that's our test time wherein we've to pass with flying colours.🎯🎯 Hope you're able to relate and get help from this! Stay tuned for more.
