This may be my proudest achievement to date: I'm now an Asana Ambassador! 🎉🤓 It's about time I shared how much I love Asana ❤️ I'm a metrics-tracking, milestone-hunting, goal-setting, objectives-driven, progress-obsessed maniac. 😝 Asana is where I can see all of work and life's chaos beautifully laid out before me. It's like Marie Kondo for my to-dos – sparking joy and decluttering my mental space.✨ I found Asana during my PhD and discovered I could track all my experiments, presentations, papers, thesis, and committee To-Do lists all in one place - no more lost scribbled notes! That first time I toggled between List view and Timeline view I thought to myself, 'Asana, you complete me'. 💕 Being a visual person, the satisfaction of having everything neatly laid out & captured in one place is practically therapeutic. 💊 Now I use Asana to keep up with all the projects we run at Wintermute, and to set and track personal goals, track house renos, plan holidays etc. 🎯 Oh, and did I mention Asana is beautiful? 😍 Everything I do is now brought to you by Asana, and I wouldn't have it any other way. 🚀 #Asana #AsanaAmbassador #ProjectNinja #AsanaLove #ProductivityGuru #ProjectManagement #ProjectPlanning #ProjectManagementMagic

Anxiety can quickly set in when you are forced to focus on an “urgent task,” and you start to think about all the things sitting in your in-tray and not being done. For this exact reason, they say you have to re-adjust your workflow and amend deadlines and initiatives that were not done because of your “urgent tasks.”You must focus on the urgent task and there is no way around it, but you should always remain calm and simply re-adjust. Thanks to ASANA😉
There’s an Asana superpower right under your nose, and it’s called my tasks. If you can master my tasks, you’ll be well on your way to better focus, prioritization, and peace of mind—knowing you’ve checked every box and gotten your best work done. To help you get started, we’ve outlined the best my task setups—tried and tested by Asana employees—for four common work styles. So all you have to answer is: which work personality are you? Did you see one of my lasts video? 👀 https://lnkd.in/ea9WDcum I am talking about my "Move The Needles" 🪡 Asana project where I have one recurring task per topic to move several different projects forward at the same time. A structure like this allows me to make steady progress, just like the kaizen approach is preaching 🚀 What do you think? Are you ready to try this tip? 🤩
