I'm excited to finally share that earlier this year, I received King's Business School Career Connectivity Award, which I am very honoured by. This award recognizes an outstanding contribution to King's Business School student experience, confidence, and career exploration. It highlights efforts in inspiring and supporting students from diverse backgrounds in their career journeys, facilitating connections with professionals, and creating events and content to help students discover their strengths and career opportunities.
In my case, this award was due to multiple initiatives I undertook throughout the year. The most notable ones include my role as a Campus Ambassador for Bloomberg and my role as a mentor for KCL Women in Business. As a Bloomberg Campus Ambassador, I conducted one-to-one meetings with prospective candidates, supported them in the application process, and organized company insight events and talks in collaboration with renowned student societies like King's Business Club. Additionally, as a mentor for KCL Women in Business, I provided personalized CV reviews and application insights for Tanvi Agarwal, who I am proud to share obtained Insight Weeks from L'Oréal, PwC, and Compass Lexecon. Furthermore, I continued contributing to the careers of students in my role as a Student Representative for the Business Management 2024 cohort, by distributing information about career-related events, with a strong focus on global placement opportunities.
Receiving this award has been a deeply gratifying experience, and I am excited to continue supporting and inspiring students in their career journeys.
