It’s very easy to show up at work every day and say, “I hate this. I can’t stand my boss. I hate sitting next to this person.” There’s a million ways we can get completely sidetracked with the stories of why we don’t like our job. Instead, lean toward the things that elevate you. Practice seeing those difficult people in a different light. The more you focus on the things that are fun for you, and the more you focus on the good that is around you, the more fun you become! When you’re more fun to be around, people want to do more with you. Those difficult clients and coworkers will start to actually change. They’ll see you differently and they’ll act differently around you. When you’re having a good time, the people around you have a good time, and that will help you get ahead very quickly, smoothly and with joy.

Hello LinkedIn family 🤩 I believe we are all doing great today. Some of us officially resumed office yesterday. We are still busy trying to put everything together. The year is still fresh and here are (3) things to keep you going. The last one is the most important 1) Open-minded; You have to be willing to acknowledge and explore different ideas, cultures, perspectives, and concepts. Try to accommodate different values, even if you don't align with their beliefs. 2)Work inside out; Put every effort into what you do. Make your job fun-filled. Work for your boss as if you're working for yourself. 3)Teamwork; Teamwork is seen within the framework of a team, which is a group of interdependent individuals who work together towards a common goal. Teamwork is where your company's goal lies. And any bridge from any part will automatically affect the whole system. So it's important to dedicate all your effort towards achieving that goal because that's where your promotion and company's growth comes from. Do have a fun-filled year ahead✌️❤️
