Propeller Thrust Test Rig. I designed this rig to learn more about the motor thrust vs rpm and tilt rotor propeller configuration. The primary objective of the propeller thrust test rig is to systematically analyze and understand the relationship between motor thrust, RPM (revolutions per minute), and the effects of various tilt rotor configurations. Specifically, the rig aims for few things. 1. Accurately measure the thrust produced by different motors and propellers at various RPMs. 2. Record and analyze the RPMs of motors to understand their performance characteristics. 3. Investigate how different tilt angles of the rotor affect the thrust and efficiency of the propeller system. 4. Identify optimal motor and propeller configurations for specific applications, such as drones or other UAVs (unmanned aerial vehicles). 5. Gather precise data for further analysis and comparison to theoretical models or simulation results. This will provide a safe and controlled environment for conducting tests, which is cost-effective and supports data-driven decision-making in the development and optimization of drones.

I have precisely make the drone that i want to get, thanks to this course the determination of the compatibility of the elements that compose it is easier. For example, the size of the rotor leads to the choice of a motor of a certain power, therefore more energy to produce and thus the installation of a battery powerful enough.
