Driving Growth in Aerospace and Defense by Finding and Securing Top-tier Leaders | Advocate for the Unsung and Unseen | Executive Recruiter
I get ‘used’ a lot. I understand why. The people who use me are under a lot of pressure. Their business growth is insane but there’s a limited pool of senior professionals. The space industry requires individuals with a rare blend of skills in advanced technology, innovation, and strategic thinking. To effectively recruit senior talent in the space industry, companies should focus on targeted strategies. This includes: -Headhunting experienced professionals from related high-tech fields -Offering competitive compensation and unique benefits aligned with the challenges and prestige of space projects. -Networking through industry conferences and leveraging professional associations can be key in attracting seasoned experts. Additionally, companies should emphasize their commitment to innovation and the pivotal role senior talent plays in shaping the future of space exploration, aligning with the aspirational goals of these experienced professionals. All of this takes time. Not all founders and hiring managers have that time. I do. And that’s how I help my clients extend their necessary duties. Simply by using me

Honestly, who would have thougt that after 6 months in a really challenging year, Bechtle can state: Topline growth in line with guidance, EBT margin stable. (And not to forget the positive OCF, successful M&A, avoidance of cost inflation, and so on…). Briefly: with our figures, we pave the way for a fantastic weekend. ☺️ #zukunftsstark #bechtleir #success #H1figures
Reflecting on a good first half of the year, we're proud to have outpaced the market in growth and successfully expanded our team with top talent. Our international acquisition strategy has been on point. We are committed for an even brighter future and we are grateful to our customers for their trust! Chief People Officer successfully building people organizations for rapid scale, growth-oriented private equity and public companies
Given the scale of our organization (8,000+ employees and partners), many are surprised to hear about the pace at which we move. For example, last week our CEO had questions about our field operations and how we better connect the field to the field support center...so, we had a pulsing survey out to thousands of people the same day and terrific insights to discuss. There was no deliberating over ideal timing, the perfect questionnaire or any inconsequential details. We moved with purpose and were immediately better off for it. This is just one example, but the bias to action permeates throughout the departments here. It’s not for everybody, and that’s very much OK. In my experience, there are people who seek comfort in their place of employment: fully predictable days and a moderate work pace are perfect for some people. As we continue to build our organization, we will signal to the world that our size does not overshadow the entrepreneurial spirit on which this company was built. For the benefit of prospective employees and the success of the business, that aspect of our culture should be abundantly clear.
