MT - MX Conversion | 2025 Deadline. | Massive hiring drive. (My 2c / observations) There is a lot of hype and a lot of hiring in this space at the moment. All talented people across domains who are seeing this as an entry into the payments domain, I can say we can use all the help that is offered and a bit more. But you need to understand two major things - The need is immediate so more often than less recruiters will target people who have hands on experience in the field. So new entrants might have better success as integration BA roles than getting a core payments BA role. - Most employers are looking for contractual talent for 12 - 18 month where they specifically are hiring for this specific migration project. Once it's over, apart from a small % that is required to maintain the project, the others would be let go. So better to have a plan for what is next - now. "It won't happen to me" mentality could lead to terrible disappointments. Best of Luck!!!!
