Am I the only one who has to check my virtual meeting background before turning my camera on? 😁 At Bestpass-Fleetworthy Solutions, we have bi-weekly (every other week) company-wide meetings. While we'd had quarterly all-hands meetings before, during the COVID-19 pandemic, we increased the frequency as a way to stay connected and informed. Since then, with a largely hybrid or remote workforce, we have found that it remains a good way to communicate. So that these meetings stay relevant and valuable to our employees, we continue to iterate, try things and change the meeting formats as we get feedback.
