Share how you approach problem-solving. ✏️ Identity the problem first by investigation how the problem start and causes of the problem and who are the problem shooters then apply a theory in different ways to the problems to solve the problem.

I've often heard, 'This is how we used to do it, and it cannot be done your way.' While respecting tradition has its place, this mindset can hinder innovation and growth. Embracing new ideas and approaches can be challenging, but it’s essential for staying relevant in today’s rapidly changing business environment. Let’s open our minds to different perspectives and foster a culture where innovation thrives. How do you encourage new ideas in your organization?

The greatest obstacle in solving problems, whether intimate, personal or global, is the idea that there is a definite and logical solution to the issue, what Paul Watzlawick called the ultra solution : when the solution we so firmly cling to is in fact our biggest problem.

My first issue will be to understand the root of the presenting problem

Tip: If you are frequently called out for bringing problems not solutions it’s probably because you are assuming that your audience has skills, motivation, and experience to act on knowing about the problem. And they don’t.

If you write a problem down clearly and specifically, you have solved half of it.
