Here’s the top intern advice I give to help them earn a full time offer: “Communicate to the point of almost being annoying.” What does that mean? It means EVERYDAY, you need to: -         Communicate capacity & upcoming deadlines to teams -         Communicate regularly with your staffer -         Communicate questions & clarity on work products Overcommunication shows good judgement & helps your teams This is what your team members seek in top interns. Be a top intern they want to work with full time!

No one better to share your employee experiences… then your employee’s! This summer we gave our HR and Marketing interns a side project to create a short video showcasing their 10 week intern experience as part of our EVP efforts. And they delivered! Authentic, engaging and all created in the target audience tone of voice with limited budget. We will be using this as part of our recruiting efforts, grassroots efforts are sometimes the most powerful!
