It was a really interesting process and we learned an awful lot. And now we have 14 not for profits. And it's like, it's like a, a puzzle in the way we actually put them together. Like we needed to fit the pieces in together. We wanted, you know, fantastic not for profits that had that runway to growth. And we wanted them to be 30% regional. We wanted indigenous LED organizations and we wanted to make sure in terms of how much government funding they had and they had that capacity to build. That was very important and how they can leverage off each other. So we weren't going to have three mentoring organizations. We just had, we made sure that we were across the spectrum so we could then measure the impact that we actually have. And that's something you know we're going to be talking about soon in terms of how many young people have we helped in prevention instead of going through to intervention and then obviously treatment.

Our recent investor survey provides some great insights into the current thinking of endowments, foundations and charities globally. One standout insight is the (continued) strategic focus on private markets. On average, these institutions have allocated 29% to private markets, with private equity accounting for 12%. A significant 62% of our 61 survey respondents anticipate ramping up their private market investments in the next 18 months - perhaps awaiting future market weakness to present an opportunity to allocate.
