Hit a new milestone in April for my STR management portfolio.
It was our first time doing 6-figures in a non "peak-season" month.
May and June already have $125,000 revenue on the books so it looks like it'll be a record-breaking summer on our end.
While exciting this is also nerve-racking. We need to execute flawlessly over the next 100 days. This means doing all the maintenance we can on the properties right now so we don't run into issues during the high dollar bookings.
Steps We are taking to prepare include:
1) Blocking off and scheduling maintenance days in advance.
2) Making sure my virtual team is locked in and our systems and processes are in place so I can remain focused on growing BNBCalc and help out people in our mastermind.
3) Making sure the CEO of our boat rental business has a strong plan for the summer and our local crew chiefs have the boats maintained and ready to go.
