Job Description:
We seek a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Malta. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving the growth of our innovative healthcare solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and target new business opportunities both in Malta and internationally.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and facilities.
• Present Plex Medical’s software solutions to potential clients, demonstrating how our products can meet their needs.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
• Business or Healthcare related Degree
• Proven experience in a business development or sales role, preferably within the healthcare or technology sector.
• Strong understanding of healthcare facility operations and patient management systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel as required.
