‘You have to get off the running train, to discover a new destination.’ That’s what we decided to do last week, we got together for an interesting 3-day retreat, filled with exciting training sessions and engaging team-building workshops led by Maxwel Chhetry. Post which we delved into a vision workshop facilitated by our very own Suvir Paul. It was super inspiring to witness the diverse talents and perspectives which came in from our leaders to arrive at a singular and focused purpose for Ruder Finn India. Through three days of intense collaboration, we brainstormed, built, laughed and celebrated as one cohesive unit. And in the end, we emerged not as individuals, but as ONE RF, stronger and more aligned than ever before. I couldn't be prouder of what we've accomplished together. This retreat wasn't just about defining our vision—it was about embodying the spirit of collaboration that makes us who we are!
