"Professor Pepper Hits The Beach" Inspired by one of our favorite hot sauces we picked up from Kauai Juice Co (if you find yourself in that slice of paradise, you absolutely must go...all of their creations are amazing). However, you can use most hot sauces and this recipe was crafted not just for a tropical, spicy boost in our Michigan winter, but to highlight the endless creativity that you can deploy with our elixirs! For about a year we have worked very closely together to gather feedback from the floor, explored a number of suppliers to see who fits with our 5 C's (Craft, Creativity, Community, Carbon and Cheer); and we have had great fun in the process! We are very excited to be working with Devil's Kitchen who produce delicious and nutritious products that are just packed full of plant goodness - and in this case MUSHROOMS! DID YOU KNOW … not only do mushrooms have such a depth of flavour, they also have so many amazing nutritional properties that can benefit you physically and mentally!
