Tribal Chairperson Amanda Augustine and Tribal Council Treasurer William Vance met with Congressman Raul Ruiz, MD to discuss the Augustine Tribe’s focus on developing robust and sustainable clean energy projects.

Chairperson Amanda Augustine spoke at the Inaugural City of Coachella Women’s Summit. This inspirational event celebrated the incredible achievements of women who meaningfully take up space in their industries. 

Tribal members and staff received a tour of the Coachella Valley Rescue Mission facilities and discussed partnership opportunities to provide individuals with basic necessities as well as assist in finding employment opportunities for program graduates.  

Chairperson Amanda Augustine met with Sarah Swig, Policy Advisor to Senator Alex Padilla, and her Chief of Staff David Montes to discuss ways in which the Senator’s office could support the Augustine Tribe's clean energy projects.
