Today information: Long-term production and supply of TPE/TPR transparent rubber material, hardness range of 5 degrees, 10 degrees, 15 degrees and 35 degrees. It can be used for injection molding and processing of shoe materials and insoles. The company TPE, TPR transparent rubber material used in the production of insoles in the production of three kinds of insoles accessories, one is the forefoot cushion, the second is the heel cushion, the third is the whole insole. Due to different processing and usage requirements, the hardness and specific materials used for the three kinds of insoles are different. 1、Doing forefoot pad The forefoot pad is placed in the palm of the foot, and the thickness of the product is generally 2~3mm, which requires the material hardness to be soft, and then it is relatively smooth and non-sticky. Therefore, the SEBS base material is usually used to modify the TPE transparent material, hardness is usually in the Shore hardness 5 ~ 10 degrees. 2, do heel pad Heel pads mainly play the role of shock absorption and height. The general thickness of the product is 5~20mm, and the hardness of the material is 15~35 degrees. Considering the adhesion with the sole, SBS base material modified TPR transparent material can be used. 3、Transparent insole Transparent insole mainly plays the role of shock absorption to increase the sense of comfort, the general thickness of 2~3mm, material hardness 30~35 degrees. Insole products require high tensile and tear strength of the material, and then the insole and the sole are easily bonded by glue, so SBS is usually used in the mixing of modified TPR transparent material, and add RB toughening agent in the mixing system to improve the toughness of the material and tear resistance.
