Hi Ka-LinkedIn! Its Think Tuesday and I would like to talk about the recently concluded 4th placement of Filipino Pole Vaulter, EJ Obiena and how we can relate as employees to his resiliency. His Paris Olympics 2024 journey despite narrowly missing out on a medal, holds valuable lessons and inspirations for us as employees. 🌟1. Perseverance and Progress: This race proves that persistence pays off since EJ was at the fourth position at the end of the race. It is quite contrary to what one experiences in their career, just like EJ faced some hurdles in his career. From a promotion gone sour to a difficult project do not forget that there is success in steadiness. Just press on, carry on as a day and that is the way it will remain. 🌟 2. Embracing the Process: The preparation of EJ for the Olympics was the result of many hours spent both training and rehearsing his movements, as well as the times that he encountered failure. Likewise, the professional development that we undergo is gradual. Every day has its impact on us in one way or the other.
