After my car crash i had to reinvent me, because I was no longer ME! BUT my friends in the crash, my family that drove 4 hours to my bed side,my friends who were my family in the city and my extended family who lived in the country, their lives changed! I was alright, I was in a coma with doctors monitoring me! All these people who I love, and who loved me, their lives where messed up, they did not know what was next! I didnt know anything, I was out cold. My friends in the crash with me, they remembered! They remembered the car rolling, then the car stopping, getting out of the car, getting me out of the car..One friend running barefoot, getting blisters on the sole of her feet, to get help, because her shoes fell off when the car rolled. She run on a country road, gravel & bitumen, my other two friends getting me out of the car as they where not sure if the car would catch fire! One of those friends was concussed but didnt lose consciousness.. My brother and then girlfriend, now wife, left a party to drive 4 hours to the hospital where I had been airlifted! Mum and Dad packed up their lives on the farm that night! FATALITY FREE FRIDAY, a crash affects more than one person, drive to stay alive..
