In today's #TechTuesday, co-founder Brian Bourne dives into a tire analysis from our recent participation at the GRIDLIFE Midwest Festival. Racing our SCR1 all-electric amateur touring car in the Time Attack unlimited series, we closely examined the Toyo Proxes RR tires provided by Toyo Tires USA. We noticed that the tire wear was fairly even on the inner side, but the outer side exhibited more wear, suggesting that an adjustment in camber might be necessary. Time attack serves as a test bed for the SCR1 because it pushes the vehicle to its limits in short, intense bursts. This format allows us to test the integration and performance of various systems under the high stresses of competitive racing. It's an ideal scenario to refine our car's dynamics, safety, and reliability, and offer high quality integration services. I have been a fan of Formula 1 for many years, and I am always amazed by the level of competition.
