I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Co-Founder and CEO at PeakHR! 🤗 Some things I’m proud of: 1️⃣ We are creating this cohort intentionally and DEI is in the heart and throughout the cohort.  2️⃣ We are paying our speakers equally. Equity here again but also we aren’t asking for their participation without providing payment.  3️⃣ We are equal founders, this is extremely rare but I’m proud of this. We have equal commitment so I felt we should have equal pay.  4️⃣ We work asynchronously. There’s so much trust in this team. No micromanaging, just support and clear communication.  5️⃣ We celebrate our wins. We cheer each other on. There’s so much empathy and care whether it’s for our project together or things we are doing separately (did I mention we each have a fractional business?).  6️⃣ Our intention for building this is clear. We want what we didn’t have. We want to help and provide access to those who want it. It feels philanthropic to know we are creating to build the next HR leaders.  7️⃣ We are the first to do this with an all-women diverse team. We’re all active HR professionals and to see the way we have completely ramped up this business would be mindblowing to most people. Remember HR isn’t “strategic” 😂 , we have lots of laughs and fun and it feels great to be underestimated and completely killing it.
