Make mine a Guinness 0.0! Guinness’ zero-alcohol draught offering has been a rousing success and is now set to appear in more pubs around Great Britain. With over 47% of adults deciding to opt for a low-alcohol drink on the same occasion, it’s no shock that punters are enjoying a pint of the 0.0% black stuff. It has been reported that adding a low or no alcohol draught beer line in pubs could potentially offer up to double the amount of sales for the alternative drinks category. What are your thoughts? Interesting to see the trend’s downward in consumption in Ireland compared to European countries especially since we now have the highest rate of excise and tax on most alcoholic drinks and the third-highest level of excise tax on beer.

Why are we posting data like this as if it's in any way real or valid? This article is (probably AI generated) nonsense - If the BevAlch industry wants to get better at its job then its leaders need to stop spreading misinformation and false talking points to those that take their word as credible. The concept that Miller Genuine Draft would rank higher than Modelo Especial is insulting to anyone with a basic grasp of valid research or statistics. The idea that Modelo is outside the top 10 equally so. Number 56 on this list is an entirely mislabeled brewery in VT that is both not notable in craft and has never distributed its products outside of the state - that company is currently for sale on the open market for $2m. Sierra is entirely omitted, while Fat Tire shows up and Voodoo does not? We can do so, so much better than this. This isn't an isolated incident to Rodney or his company, nor is it meant to be a personal callout. This post is just a symptom of an industry wide problem, and if we want to improve it needs to be called out at large. Also, Yahoo, do better.
Yahoo Sports names Guinness as America’s #1 most popular beer! Of course, you can drink in moderation with Guinness 0, named #1 non-alcohol beer by Esquire and Forbes. Enjoy the holidays Sláinte! https://lnkd.in/eTV9Kcub

The Euro 2024: A Safer, More Enjoyable Tournament with Low-Alcohol Beers With the Euros in full swing and a big game between England and Serbia today, a notable trend has caught our attention: the rise of low to no-alcohol beers at the tournament. For fans looking to enjoy the Games in a spirited yet safe environment, here's why this matters. The Problem: Over the past decade, Germany’s production of non-alcoholic beer has grown from 430 million litres to over 660 million litres. This healthier drinking trend is more visible at EURO 2024 than ever. Still, many fans are either unaware or reluctant to switch due to a cultural attachment to stronger brews. Why It Shouldn’t Be This Way: This shift towards low-alcohol options offers a significantly safer and more enjoyable experience for fans. During previous matches, a large number of fans appreciated the option to stay sober while still enjoying the game, creating a friendlier atmosphere with fewer incidents. German authorities have implemented strict rules for high-risk matches, allowing only low-alcohol beer to ensure safety. The Better Way: Opting for low and non-alcoholic beers. They're now widely available, well-promoted, and taste much better than before through improved brewing technologies. Adhering to stadium rules regarding alcohol can also keep you in the heart of the action. Embrace the use of AI and surveillance technology that enhances overall safety. Finally, immerse yourself in well-regulated fan zones which offer all the amenities for a great time. Call to Action: Choose smarter drinking options and support tech-driven safety measures to ensure a memorable and incident-free Euro 2024. Enjoy the buzz of the tournament the right way. #Euro2024 #HealthyDrinking
