Healthcare staffing remains the largest issue for facilities — so let’s start with AI agents that get the right clinician sourced at the right time. At Veritas, we're dedicated to leading the charge in reversing the traditional pattern where healthcare operations, systems, and software lag behind in adopting innovative technology. A scary point from this Time article: ”This staffing crisis is leading to ongoing delays related to boarding in emergency departments, prolonged admission to hospitals, and delayed elective and emergent surgeries. Each of these contributes to adverse outcomes, morbidity, and mortality. Accordingly, quality of care is affected.” This crisis impacts everyone's access to timely and quality healthcare. Give us a follow to stay up-to-date as we reshape staffing through AI innovation to ultimately improve outcomes! #ai #llm #healthcarestaffing #healthcare #healthtech

Is it time for Smarter Home & Elder Care? India has over 200 million people over the age of 60 with 80% of them living with at least one chronic condition and 60% managing two. So how is the healthcare industry going to be able to provide high-quality care to all these people given the fact that we clearly don’t have enough nurses & qualified medical professionals to address these patient volumes? The ONLY way to address this is to adopt Smarter Technologies, combined with New Care Delivery Processes. RHEMOS Health's solution to deliver Smart Home & Eldercare enables providers to offer a multi-modal & hybrid approach to offering hospital-grade care in a patient's home. The solution combines "in-clinic" nurses, "field-based" paramedics, smart devices, and a AI based remote health monitoring platform that enables a high-touch patient care model. Field Paramedics leverage RHEMOS devices in patient homes to rapidly measure up to 60 vital parameters & bio-markers from a patient’s home with hospital-grade accuracy. These include Heart rate, Respiratory rate, Blood pressure, 12L/Continuous ECG, Temperature, SpO2, 30 Blood tests, Urine test, Auscultations, and more. All test results are transmitted to our cloud based remote health monitoring platform, which enables the real-time vitals data to be monitored by in-clinic nurses and Doctors to make better-informed medical decisions and offer enhanced patient-centric & data-driven care. The RHEMOS Smart Home/Eldercare Model enables providers to ensure that the patient’s condition stays stable and ensures immediate interventions - if required. It provides patients and their families with peace of mind of knowing that they have 24/7 access to care and helps to avoid unnecessary hospital visits. The model allows providers to look after a significantly higher number of patients with the same number of care staff, increases revenues, reduces care delivery costs, and increases productivity & margins. Bring the Smart Home & Eldercare experience to your patients and witness the transformation it brings to their health outcomes.
