Why are erectile dysfunction ads approved by Meta - but ads for women's sexual health products are rejected? Totally agree, it's unfair. Though I suspect that Meta users generate a lot of claims for "ads for women's sexual health products" and that the reason of rejection. At the same time Meta could make some steps towards to resolution.
