🌟 Empowering Careers with Integrity -Proud to be Part of ScholarHat! 🚀 As a consultant at ScholarHat, I am dedicated to helping students and professionals build successful careers as software developers. Our commitment to delivering high-quality content and maintaining a supportive learning environment is at the core of what we do. However, I recently encountered a disheartening situation that I believe is important to share, both as a cautionary tale and to reaffirm our values. However, recently we faced an unfortunate incident of unprofessional and fraudulent behavior from a user who enrolled in our Pro Half Yearly Subscription of Self-Paced learning in April 2024 and is employed at a Software Pvt Limited (Start-up company). Despite thoroughly utilizing our content, downloading 41 resources (for which we have proof), the individual claimed after three months that the course was outdated and not useful. Our policy is to offer a refund within 5 days if a student finds the course unsatisfactory. It’s perplexing why it took him 3 months to raise this concern. It's evident that this was an attempt to exploit our services and obtain a refund of 7500 INR after benefiting from the course. At ScholarHat, we uphold the highest standards of professionalism and integrity. While this incident was shocking, we took immediate action and processed his refund. We cannot allow such behavior to tarnish our community of dedicated and ethical learners. I am grateful to my manager Girdhar Gopal Singh and boss who understood the situation and did not place the blame on me. Their support highlights the unique, family-like bond we share at ScholarHat, making it a remarkable place to work. Let’s stay vigilant and maintain the integrity of our community. Together, we can continue to grow and learn in an environment built on trust and respect. #CareerGrowth #ProfessionalDevelopment #Integrity #ScholarHat #CommunitySupport

"The TAP program has taught me the essence of community, if I can't solve a problem, I go to my colleagues. If they can't solve it, we go to our instructor, and our instructors are always available to help us. We are not spoon-fed but guided in a way that we are able to figure out the solution" -Mabel Obochi (TAP 1.0 Intern) A challenge many individuals that try to break into tech face is lack of community and proper mentorship. This is something online learning and self-learning cannot provide. Becoming part of a community eases your learning journey and properly prepares you for the market. What sets the TAP (Tech-Talent accelerated program) aside is that it is a dynamic ecosystem where individuals are encouraged to explore, experiment and push the boundaries of the tech world. TAP 2.0 is on the horizon. Watch out!! #ThrivAgric #TAP #techtalent #breakingintotech

I'm excited to announce that I have successfully completed my first year of B.Tech at NMAMIT! This year has been an incredible journey of learning, growth, and unforgettable experiences. 🌟 **Key Learnings and Highlights:** **🤝 Embracing Collaboration:** A crucial lesson I've learned is that collaboration far outweighs competition. By teaming up with others, we can create amazing things together. This collaborative mindset has opened up numerous opportunities for innovation and growth. **🗣 Enhancing Soft Skills:** While technical skills are essential, soft skills are equally important. Effective communication and presentation abilities are crucial for explaining projects and optimized code to interviewers. **🌐 Diving into New Fields:** When I started college, I was unfamiliar with Java's main function . Beginning from scratch, I explored these areas in my first semester. During my winter vacation, I discovered my passion for web development. Finding your interest early is vital, as it shapes your future work. **🔍 Focusing on Self-Improvement:** Comparing yourself to others can cause unnecessary stress. Instead, concentrate on personal growth. Aim to be better than you were yesterday and celebrate your progress, no matter how small. Eagerly anticipating another year of learning and growth! 🎓✨
