If you are like me and have waited 11 years for this, yesterday felt like Christmas morning with the release of EA SPORTS College Football 25.
Beyond that, it was really cool to see our Wake Forest Sports Properties partnership with Allegacy Federal Credit Union Stadium highlighted within the game, with signage and features just like we see every Demon Deacon Football gameday.
Now millions of gamers around the world will interact with the Wake Forest Football and Allegacy brands, enhancing the visibility and value of our partnership. Looking forward to seeing how this evolves in the coming months and years to come.

What came first, the chicken or the egg?
There is zero question that women in sports make far less than their male counterparts.
The question is:
How do we get more investment in women's sports?
And the counter-questions we hear are:
is the "product" in a place to create the demand?

So, let's look at some recent numbers:
- Women's Championship game: 18.9 million viewers > Men's Championship game: 14.8 million viewers
- WNBA (Women's National Basketball Association) game this past Sunday drew a crowd of 6,842 fans to see Caitlin Clark and the Indiana Fever take on the Chicago Sky. Compare this to the NBA, which drew an average of 18,300 fans per game.
- The PWHL (Professional Women's Hockey League) drew an average of 5,448 fans and also had a record-breaking 21,500 fans at the Montreal vs. Toronto game. Compare this to the National Hockey League (NHL), which averaged 17,759 fans per game.

Takeaway:
The draw for men's sports is stronger than for women's sports. However, the gap is closing—and quickly.

As we approach the last lap of our season, with Richmond & Kew Women’s team at the summit of the GLWFL Prem. We look to capitalise on our last 4 games.
Having only played 3 games in the last 7 weeks, that gave the coaching team an opportunity to strengthen our area’s of improvement in detail.
- How we create in the finishing phase, specifically creating chances from the wide space (Zones 13, 15, 16 & 18).
- How we defend in transition (our rest defence).
- Our shape out of possession through different phases of play.
- Defending set pieces and our roles in transition from set pieces.

I call foul on myself each and every time! And I say it loud enough for the other player to hear! Because I'm a Gentlemen and those were the Gentlemen's Rules Before People who had NO BUSINESS! Creating Rules, started making their own events, just to profit from the Draw of Players!

Look closely at how Jason Hunt is confused on the call asking Refs who don't care and looking around waiting for someone to help him out. When Jayson Shaw should have just called his own foul.
It should be the responsibility of the Player, and that is why @PlayZenPool we expect all players to call their own fouls, and Players to have integrity...
...and if they don't then you can write a public review for all other players to read, and give them a 1-5 Star Rating.
We need the right rules in place for this sport, and this event did not have them! We need to bring back the old Gentlemen Rules and the Professionalism if we ever wish to see Brands engage with the sport, and spectators too for that matter.
And #PlayZenPool can do this by enabling peer-to-peer ranking so there our consequences for their actions.
