This really is an incredible place to work. My profound inner cynic dies a little when I write things like that but screw that guy… I mean it. A marvellous couple of days in Prague with my colleagues from across EMEA was a timely reminder of why I love it here. Because it's special. It’s home to decent, smart and genuine people who do incredible things. It’s a place where good ideas can become great things. I have found the last four and a half years to be the most fulfilling of my career. It’s a firm that’s really going places. It’s exciting. I was asked a little while back why I like working at AlixPartners so much. My answer? "It pays me to be me." I often tell people it can be a hard place to work. And it can. And it should be. We should be proud of that. I believe if you can work at AlixPartners, you can pretty much work anywhere else. I just don’t know why you’d want to!
First time I see u wearing a shirt lol
Absolute highlight is seeing you and everyone in person! Totally changes the dynamic when the intelligent humanism of AlixPartners fully blossoms IRL! Especially wonderful to meet our Berylls colleagues, watch a very moving documentary on what we accomplish with clients, and have the chance to chat with our iconic pillars from across the globe, including Buenos Aires, Paris, Detroit, New York, Dusseldorf, Munich, Zurich, Milan, London! Reminder of this incredible crew and what is yet to come.
True words Barney O'Kelly . Next step is for you to learn to smile in selfies 😁
Paying people to be themselves pays off, because that is when people tend to do their best work. Congrats, mate.
Well said Barney! Thank you for everything you do to make Alix the place we all like to come to work every day.
That’s a great selling point to attract employees Barney O'Kelly ‘it pays me to be me’
I do hope that ‘being you’ remains as brilliant as it was all those years ago?!
Collared shirt??? Must have been really special! 😄 I echo your sentiments. To be here is to believe.
