Service with Smiles! The Alliance for Baxter Women business resource group recently hosted a volunteer event with Feed My Starving Children in Northern Illinois. Baxter volunteers helped pack more than 27,000 meals to send to children in Nicaragua. That amounts to feeding 74 children for an entire year. #BaxterGivesBack #LifeAtBaxter

Leaders from our Advanced Surgery team, including Steve Wallace, Vincent Fath, Torben Colberg MD MBA and Rory Tippit MD, MPAS, had the honor of meeting with some of the brightest minds at a New Jersey health system. Their day was packed with insightful discussions on surgical innovation, engaging brainstorming sessions with innovation team leaders, and collaborative dialogues with the C-Suite team members. The highlight was a VIP tour of the hospital's state-of-the-art trauma department, where the team witnessed groundbreaking medical practices and met with dedicated surgeons. The team left with valuable lessons and new perspectives, excited to take these insights forward as they continue to push the boundaries of surgical innovation.

Slice, slice baby! Employees at the Round Lake Drug Delivery center willingly took a pie to the face for a good cause during our Pies for Purpose event. Our friends at the United Way generously set up a donation portal and all funds raised during the event went to Nicasa Behavioral Health Service. When it comes to our employees' generosity: the pie's the limit!
