Hey y'all - We're starting to open up a few high impact roles here on the marketing team at Front. First up: a leader for our content team. When I think about the *perfect* candidate... I imagine 3 BIG things: * I imagine a creative thinker who's obsessed with customers, lands breakthrough stories in front of the right people, and loves using data tie their team's work to business results. * I imagine an up-and-coming content leader ready for the role that puts them on a path (or accelerates the path) to unbelievable future roles to come. * I imagine someone curious by nature; super steeped in the changes going on in the world of content - AI, b2b WOM and community building, video, etc - and has a strong POV on bringing to life a content program others point to and say "YES! Hiring an agency isn’t necessarily cheaper than hiring an in-house team, but it’s definitely more scalable.
