Workout during your job search Moving your body has a lot of benefits when you are looking for a job: 1-      Disconnecting from your job search is good to clear your mind and have new ideas (remember the “Eureka moment” - that instant when something previously not understood, suddenly is understood). 2-      Exercise generates endorphins that keep you happy and positive during your job search. 3-      Workouts improve your health, to live a better and longer life, to enjoy your next dream job that you are looking for. 4-      Also, practicing exercise, reduces your stress levels and increase productivity and energy levels. 5-      If you go to the gym, it is a good way to expand your network (you never know with whom you are talking. Maybe this person is the one who is going to help you to get your next opportunity).
