Location: Trio Compound “5th Settlement” Job Description: · Establish a strong relation of trust by professionally answering all residents’ inquiries, settling disputes, and resolving all issues. · Receive customer complaints and inquiries, direct them to the concerned department, then follow up to ensure resolution on time. · Coordinate and manage events and entertainment activities with different departments to create traffic and clients’ satisfaction. · Report violation and follow the agreed standers procedures till it is resolved. · Respond directly to emergency repairs cases which must be dealt with immediately. · Provide an up-to-date flow of information to all residents regarding upcoming events and activities/works that are being carried out that may affect them. · Assure work orders for Maintenance department based on information from residents, based on information gathered from site visits. · Supervise and lead the team, guide them in their roles and responsibilities. · Thoroughly review all reports generated by the team before they are submitted to the relevant management. · Approve on post-delivery clients’ modifications. Job Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree in engineering. · Minimum 3 years of experience in dealing with clients. · Positivity, being solution-oriented, confident, proactive, and unflappable. · Intelligence, expert skills in problem solving, communicating, and counselling. · Fluent in English and Arabic languages (written & spoken). · Good MS Office user and AutoCAD. · Real Estate experience is a must. Administrative Assistant Mining Process & Project Engineering (MPPE) is an engineering and project construction company offering metallurgical, engineering and construction services in Ghana and West Africa with specialties in study, engineering, construction, project management and investment projects. MPPE is seeking an Administrative Assistant to be a part of our support team. The role is responsible for specific admin related and clerical tasks, collaborating with various team members and participating whenever necessary to ensure smooth efficient support to administration and project team. Should have prior administrative experience. Administrative Assistant Role The successful candidate will be responsible for but not limited to: 1. Typing of memos, letters, reports, faxes, telephone call reports and visit call reports (transcribed from shorthand, longhand, dictaphone or copy typing) for the office and project team. 2. Screening, making and following up on emails, telephone calls, locally and internationally; sorting and distributing incoming/outgoing mail for office and project team. 3. Making photocopies of documents/correspondence for distribution to relevant departments and individuals including circulation file. 4. Typing and sending of letters locally and internationally and photocopying same for distribution and circulation file and maintaining an effective filing system 5. Organizing and scheduling appointments / meetings. 6. Running errands and making purchases for the company. 7. Submitting and reconciling expense reports. 8. Providing general support to visitors; acting as the point of contact for internal and external clients 9. Monitoring office supplies and placing orders when necessary. 10. Taking up any other responsibility / duty assigned in relation to the overall role Key Performance Indicators Must meet section key performance indicators as required by the company. 1. Strong data entry and analytical skills and attention to detail 2. Excellent administrative and typing skills 3. Time management and organizational skills. 4. Collaborative, coordination, support and communication. 5. Proper documentation. Qualification Requirements 1. A relevant Diploma in Business Administration or Secretariate certificate 2. Excellent computer literacy – accuracy essential (MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Projects and Adobe Professional) 3. Must possess excellent verbal & written communication skills, organizational skills, and time management skills. 4. At least 2 years’ experience as an Administration Assistant or in a related position. 5. Must be able to work with minimal supervision. 6. Must have the ability to maintain a high level of professionalism. 7.
