📈 The climate transition's success rate correlates strongly with involvement of governments, universities, businesses and citizens. This is no different when it comes to finding solutions for affordable and energy-efficient housing. 🏗 LIFE BE FREE, a consortium of six partners (Febelfin, IDEA Consult, Embuild - The Belgian Construction Association, VVSG, Wattson NV & The Shift vzw/asbl), invites stakeholders from all societal layers for an ongoing dialogue about what is needed to to accelerate the #energytransition of buildings in Belgium.   💡 The first of a series of round-table sessions focused on the potential of innovative #financingsolutions in collaboration with the financial and construction sectors. 😁Een voldaan gevoel na de allereerste nationale rondetafel op BATIBOUW binnen het Europese LIFE programma LIFE BE FREE – Belgian Financing Roundtables on Energy Efficiency ! 🎓Van Estelle Cantillo (SBSEM-ULB) leerden we dat het congres van Belgische economen heldere inzichten opleverde die we zeer goed kunnen gebruiken om financieringsoplossingen voor energie-efficiëntie binnen de bouwsector te vinden. 🪙Peter Reusens van de Nationale Bank van België toonde aan dat de klimaatdoelstellingen een duidelijke impact hebben op de Belgische woningmarkt. 🏗️Hoe de bouwsector zijn sleutelrol opneemt op weg naar een duurzamere wereld lichtte Christine Lhoste van Embuild - The Belgian Construction Association helder toe. 🛒Wat als je alle diensten onder één dak kan vinden?  Willemien Anaf van Stad Mechelen en het LIFE-FOSSTER-project sloot het eerste gedeelte af met haar inzichten over het financieren van het one-stop-shop model voor de Vlaamse Energiehuizen. 📋Ook onder de indruk van het publiek!     Overzicht van NIEUWBOUW 2023 7C Solarparken Belgium Een klein deel van onze groei in de portfolio is dit jaar opnieuw toe te wijzen aan onze ontwikkeling in België. Tot op heden staat de teller op 13 MWP. Hieronder overzicht van alle projecten die we toegevoegd hebben dit jaar. Er zijn nog enkele extra projecten die recent gestart zijn in Wallonië maar nog niet opgenomen zijn. Buiten het project “Gudrun” dat turnkey werd overgekocht van een andere ontwikkelaar, werden alle projecten werden door het eigen team ontwikkeld. Vanzelfsprekend doet 7C Solarparken ook de investering en financiering en baat het nadien de installatie uit. De installaties bieden een substantiële korting op de stroom factuur van de lokale verbruiker.

    So it's official: the Dutch government is putting 1 billion on the table for the scaling up of electrolysis in NL. They are even compounding this subsidy with the IPCEI subsidy announced in 2022. If this is not enough for the projects to take off, I don't think anything ever will. #hydrogen #hydrogeneconomy #greenhydrogen

    Details nieuwe Opschalingsregeling Waterelektrolyse (OWE) zijn bekend met een budget van € 998.330.000 (bijna 1 miljard!) De officiële naam van de OWE verandert: Subsidieregeling grootschalige productie volledig hernieuwbare waterstof via elektrolyse. Aanvragen mogen maximaal de helft van het budget bedragen, ofwel € 499.165.000. Er is alleen subsidie voor projecten die geen SDE++- of eerdere OWE-subsidie hebben ontvangen. De subsidie mag wel gecombineerd worden met andere subsidies, zoals de IPCEI Waterstof. De minimale grootte van de installatie is 0,5 MW, er is geen bovengrens. Officiële publicatie van de regeling volgt in mei/juni. #waterstof #elektrolyse #subsidie #owe
