We are thrilled to announce the signing of a definitive agreement to sell Naturium to e.l.f. beauty. Naturium is one of the fastest growing skincare brands in the market today, known powerful ingredient-led formulas that combine efficacy with an elevated skin care experience at an accessible price point. We are grateful for the opportunity to have worked with the amazing Naturium team, led by Susan Yara, Francois Bonin, Michael Kremer and Ann Dawson, CPA as well as the talented teams from the Center (Ben Bennett) and Prelude Growth Partners (Neda Daneshzadeh and Daniel Casiero). We also appreciated the opportunity to work with Sidley (David Grinberg and Emily Zipperstein) and Polsinelli (Marc Leh). We are so excited about the bright future ahead in partnership with the incredible team at e.l.f. (Tarang Amin, Mandy Fields, Kory Marchisotto, Scott Milsten). I am excited to share that E.L.F. BEAUTY has signed an agreement to acquire NATURIUM, one of the fastest growing skin care brands in our space.    Driven by the belief that high performance skin care can be and should be clinically effective, skin compatible and affordable, Naturium aligns with our vision to create a different kind of beauty company with brands that disrupt norms, shape culture and connect communities through positivity, inclusivity and accessibility.    Naturium was launched in 2019 and was propelled further in 2020 with the joining of one of the industry’s leading skin care authorities, Susan Yara. Today, Naturium has built a world class team with deep expertise in skin care formulation and is expected to generate $90M in net sales in the twelve months ending March 31, 2024. Naturium joining e.l.f. Beauty, and complementing e.l.f. SKIN and our existing brand portfolio, presents a unique opportunity to significantly accelerate the potential we see in skin care.
