Helping Starbucks Reinvent Equipment Training. ✨ Our Platform Empowers Partners to Prevent + Solve Equipment Issues. ✨ Husband, Father, Brother, Son, Friend, Partner, Founder, Grateful.
What if you’re uniquely qualified to fix a $100,000,000+ a year problem for your client?!? Would you build a solution even if you weren’t asked to? Would you invest 50k out of your own pocket to help reduce that pain point? Would you knock on every executives door to tell them about it even if they were ignoring you? Maybe I’m bat 💩 crazy but that’s exactly what I did. Has it paid off? Not in the way I thought it would but, but I’d do it all again! After building a robust course for all the main Beverage, Grind & Water equipment, we realized that 1 Machine (Nitro Cold Brew) accounted for nearly half of the equipment service calls. 1 machine = 1/2 of equipment service calls 🤯 My intuition told me this needed a dedicated course to educate partners to understand this complicated equipment and empower them to maintain and troubleshoot it. Here's a little snippet from our course that explains the anatomy and physics of the Nitro Machine. Did you have any idea making cold brew was so technically involved? Hit me up if you want to learn more about how we help.

It’s Tuesday, which means we’re bringing you some #SoftServeTips!🍦 We’ve all had this problem before, when you’re pulling your handle all the way down and no product is coming out. Have no fear, because it’s usually a super simple fix! 🪄🧑🏻🔧 In this video, we go over 3 reasons why this might happen: 1. You may need to loosen your flow screw. This is the simplest solution to this problem. When cleaning and reassembling your machine everyday, it’s easy to accidentally tighten your flow screw too much. Just loosen it up a bit and watch the product flow🍦. 2. You may have a chunk of product stuck in your dispensing hole, causing a blockage! To check for this, remove your star cap and pull down on your handle. You can usually see inside if something is blocking the hole. (Keep a cup underneath to catch any product.) 🕳️ 3. Your product may be TOO frozen. If your soft serve is too frozen and hard, it will not flow out of the machine normally. This can happen if your machine was on freeze for too long without pulling any product, if you have low-mix, or if your viscosity is too high, causing the product to be too thick. To fix this, you should put your machine in defrost mode to quickly thaw out the frozen product and remove it from the freezing cylinder. ❄️ If you still can’t get product to dispense after checking all 3 of the above points, please message us for further help. Drop any questions below!❓🙋🍦⬇️

Ever struggled with measuring a box correctly? Whether it's for shipping, storage, or custom packaging, precise measurements can save you a headache or two. 📦✨ I recently brushed up on my box-measuring skills and trust me, the difference it makes is significant. It's all about catching those small details that could potentially disrupt your logistics or cost efficiency. Here’s the gist to get it right: 1. Use the right tools: A tape measure, a pen, a notepad, and a straight edge are your allies. 2. Follow specific steps: Measure length, width, height, and diagonal accurately. 3. Pay attention to added features like handles or cut-outs. A few pro tips? Measure on a hard surface, take your time, and always double-check your measurements
