All Big4/public auditors looking to make the move after busy season should be looking and starting interviews now. Lots of companies are hiring now and open to start dates after busy season ends. The major upside to this is that there's minimal competition for roles since everyone is wrapped up in their work. If you're able to find the time to kickstart your process, you will face way fewer competitors for roles compared to if you wait another month or two.
