Instead, risk adverse PME and thinking grooms SOF leaders to default to training for the perfect raid. Leaders focused on the perfect raid will never inspire the writing of "The Moon is Down" or advocate for such attacks in the cognitive space. US SOF needs to focus on the uncomfortable and not rest on the laurels of high profile raids that were stunning tactical successes with no lasting strategic effect

Another great start to the 2023 #EUMostWanted campaign!   To help promote this year’s campaign - #BeOurNextHero – and raise awareness about the updated EU Most Wanted list, Europol’s communication team and ENFAST were at the Heroes Dutch Comic Con event last weekend.   For my team it was a great opportunity to engage with a unique and creative audience about the search for some of Europe’s most wanted fugitives.   The people on the EU Most Wanted list repeatedly tried to evade law enforcement authorities, often by moving across borders to escape detection.
