Moving May: 129 million steps for mental health! In the spirit of Mental Health Awareness Month in the US, in May we kicked off our very first global step count challenge where our colleagues across the globe could take steps for their physical and mental health. The numbers are in, and we are pleased to share that we’ve exceeded our goal of 115,000,000 steps by taking an incredible 129,659,965 steps. Well done, team!

Hopefully yesterday you were able to give by reaching out to someone or maybe you were contacted by someone who you may not have heard from and they Gave to you. Love to hear how you are celebrating MHAW. great to see so many work places and businesses getting behind Mental Health Awareness Week. MHAW might only be 1 week but Mental Health is something that NEVER stops. Today we shift the focus to 'Be Active' - there are so many ways of being active. maybe you could leave the car and take a walk in the sunshine or after work you could go for a walk around your community below are 5 ways that you could be Active.
